維生素整理劑 HOLPOSON? Mulan

HOLPOSON? Mulan 是維生素C衍生物和維生素E的全包囊型微膠囊，適合用于各種纖維的后整理包括棉、毛、絲、麻、化纖織物及成衣等.整理后的織物受外力后，微膠囊破損，維生素C衍生物和維生素E溢出。如無外力作用，微膠囊則不破損，效果持久保存。維生素膠囊VCE不含甲醛、重金屬、芳香胺有害物質，符合REACH法規、OEKO-TEX 100 和 GB 18401-2003等生態環保標準。

二、使用方法

1、浸軋法

用量：30-70 g/L 一浸一軋 100℃烘干 2-3min 120℃定型 1-2min

2、浸漬法

用量：2-5%（o.w.f.）

浸漬（40℃熱水浸漬30分鐘） 烘干（100℃）

3、噴灑法

根據實際，結合技術建議用量配制溶液。


注意事項

產品使用前請攪勻,配制好的工作液請于當日內使用。


貯 存

HOPOSON? Mulan 不要存放于 0℃以下或 40℃以上；包裝有：25KG、50KG 或 120KG 塑料桶，貯存期為 12 個月。室內存放，避免高溫、嚴寒。

Vitamin finishing agent Mulan is a kind of micro-capsule of vitamin C derivative and vitamin E, which is suitable for finishing various kinds of fibers, including cotton, wool, silk, hemp, chemical fiber fabrics and ready-made clothes, etc. After finishing, when the micro-capsule is broken, vitamin C derivative and vitamin E flow out. If there is no external force, the micro-capsule will not be broken, and the effect will last forever.

Vitamin micro-capsule Mulan does not contain formaldehyde, heavy metals, aromatic amines and other harmful substances, which conforms to REACH, OEKO-TEX 100, GB 18401-2003 and other ecological and environmental protection standards.

Main content: VC derivatives encapsulated in microcapsules

Appearance: Milky white liquid

Solubility: Soluble in water



Usage:

1. Padding method

Dosage: 30-70g/L → dip and roll once → drying at 100 ℃ for 2-3 min → heat setting at 120 ℃ for 1-2 min

2. Impregnation method

Dosage: 2-5% (o.w.f.)

Impregnation (40 ℃ hot water immersion for 30 minutes) → drying (100 ℃)

3. Spraying method

According to the actual situation, prepare the solution according to the recommended dosage.



Attentions:

Please stir the product evenly before use, and use the prepared working solution within the same day.



Storage:

1. Do not store below 0 ℃ or above 40 ℃;

2. Package: 25kg, 50kg or 120kg plastic bucket;

3. Storage time: 12 months.
