ULTRAPSIL GREASE 2 是性能矽硅潤滑脂，透明無顏色，耐高溫與低溫，抗氧化與
抗腐蝕性能特好，具有觸變特性，是可賽研發精心產品。
2. Applications 應用 :
Suitable for longterm lubrication in ball bearings, valves and taps, both at ambient and high
temperatures, under light loads. Also as thread antiseizing agent, … etc.
ULTRASIL GREASE 2 具有命效能，無論是運轉動件或靜止固定件及物料處于高溫工作環
境，特別是軸承、閥門、開關、齒輪、滑桿、門栓 … 等，能提供輕負荷、長週期時間潤滑、密
封與保護，還能提供螺栓、螺絲 … 等固定件于輕~中負荷工況防卡保護脂。
Due to its special composition is suitable for lubrication of metal – plastic or plastic – plastic
contact pairs. 由于特殊添加劑與配方組合起到作用，對于金屬與塑料之間，塑料相互之間，能
親和友好配伍性好，理化性質溫和安定，不傷害密封材料。 例如: 冷氣機自動搖擺式出風口。
3. Properties 功能與特性 :
- Has tixotropic characteristic 本產品具有觸變特性。
- Resistant to oxidation, water and, in general to most of agressive vapours. Therefore is
ideal for longterm lubrication even in adverse ambient conditions. 質量穩定，具有命、
抗氧化、抗水濕、蒸汽 … 等性能。
- Good performance in a wide temperature range, -50 ~ +250oC. 工作溫度范圍極寬廣。
- Higher corrosion resistance than mineral greases. 防銹與抗腐蝕性能非常好。
- Very good electricity characteristic 能絕緣不導電，具有良好抗靜電性能。
- Non-toxic. 性。
- Very neutral. 可賽高科技調配工藝與生產技術，產品溫和，純中性，無特殊異味。
- 符合潤滑脂國際質量標準 ISO - L - XEGEA 2 規范。
- 通過 RoHS 歐盟羅氏無環境毒害物審批認證。

5. Application notes 注意重要點 :
(1). 密封式潤滑區使用 ULTRASIL GREASE 2 二號脂，加注量應少于總空間量的 1/2。
(2). 禁止與其他不同類、不同型號潤滑脂混合后再使用。
