貨架的全部零件（螺栓標準件除外）均由配有瑞士金馬的全自動涂裝線進行環氧樹脂表面靜電噴涂處理，塑粉選用阿克蘇塑粉；涂層厚度為60-80um，涂層表面硬度為2H，
噴涂工藝流程為：酸洗-烘干-磷化-噴涂-180℃恒溫固化；
環氧樹脂靜電噴涂處理的特點：
1）.附著力達到GB92865-88標準中O級；
2）.硬度達到GB6739-86標準中2H；
3）.耐腐蝕性（鹽霧試驗）GB1771-91>500小時；
