盾構簾布橡膠板 是目前運用較多的盾構、頂管機出洞密封裝置，“地下立體交通工程箱涵頂進雙重置換工法”所采用出洞密封裝置為簾布橡膠板。受頂管機機頭斷面形狀限制，矩形頂管機的簾布橡膠板設計與圓形頂管機、盾構有所不同。

盾構簾布橡膠板

盾構簾布橡膠板 進行管片切開、撤除施工前，為便于施工，需搭設施工腳手架。依據現場的實際狀況，腳手架下方有必要保留可讓機車經過的通道。施工腳手架由φ51鋼管搭設而成，設上下兩層渠道，用φ51鋼管鋪設。切開、撤除施工完成后，腳手架暫不撤除，留作結構施工時運用。

簾布橡膠板基本原理：

盾構出洞設備包含簾布橡膠板、圓環板、扇形翻版及相應的銜接螺栓和墊圈，設備次序為簾布橡膠板、圓形板、扇形翻版。設備完成后，圓形板經過銜接螺栓迫使簾布橡膠板緊貼洞口，盾構推動過程中，簾布橡膠板隨盾構外壁，構成密封止水。此時，扇形翻版翻轉后會頂住簾布橡膠板，避免呈現前方因水土壓力過大而導致簾布橡膠板逆向翻轉的狀況呈現；橡膠板在前方水土壓力的作用下還會緊靠扇形翻版，這種密封狀況是較為牢靠的。
